RETURNS POLICY

 We hope you love you items, but in case you don’t, please see below for each individual brand's returns policy.

BAMBROWS 

Products can only be returned if unopened and within 7 days of receiving the item. To return an item, please contact the team at bookings@bam-ldn.co.uk with the order number,

item to be returned and reason for return. Cost of return postage to be covered by customer. Returns that are open or unidentified will not be accepted.

We do not accept responsibility for items that are not sent back tracked.

No exchanges.
