B) Look for solutions on your own and try to figure it out
C) Ask a team member for help immediately
2. If you realise that an existing process at work could be improved, what do you do?
A) Do nothing and let someone else take care of it
B) Start implementing changes on your own without asking
C) Share your ideas with the team and suggest ways to improve the process
3. How do you prioritise tasks when multiple things need your attention?
(For example, you are doing a stock check and a customer walks in to ask some questions)
A) I wait for someone else to instruct me on what to do
B) I work on tasks based on what seems easiest or most enjoyable
C) I assess the importance and urgency of each task and address them accordingly
4. If a client is nervous or unsure about the treatment you're about to perform, how do you handle it?

5. If you have some downtime in the shop, what do you typically do?
A) Wait for customers to arrive and don’t make any changes to your routine
B) Brainstorm new ideas for the shop, check what other things can be done in your downtime
C) Focus only on the routine tasks and leave creativity for later
6. When you first meet a new client, how do you make them feel comfortable?
A) Focus only on providing the best treatment
B) Ask open-ended questions to get to know them, making the conversation about their needs and preferences
C) Keep the conversation strictly professional and avoid personal topics
7.How do you handle situations where you feel unsure of how to do something at work?
A) I try to figure it out myself
B) I ask team member for guidance to ensure I’m doing it correctly
C) I ignore my doubts and just hope it works out
8. A team-member points out a mistake you made. What is your immediate response?
9. If you are given a task that is outside of your usual responsibilities, how do you handle it?
